South Florida Home Health Care
While millions of people in Florida are scrambling to find a place where they can receive a Covid-19 Vaccination, many homebound individuals are trying to get vaccinated as well. It’s a tough situation, but there is help.
The Tampa Bay Times reports:
Florida will expand its program to vaccinate homebound residents over the coming weeks, rolling out doses to 2,000 more seniors and vulnerable individuals over the coming weeks, according to the state.
The news follows Gov. Ron DeSantis’s announcement via Twitter last week that the state had completed its pilot program to vaccinate 1,500 homebound Floridians, as he promised at a February press conference.
Obviously 1500 people is a very small number and there are many more who will need assistance. That’s where a phone call to Feingold Home Health Services is appropriate.
While we may not be the ones to deliver a vaccination to your loved one, we can help with getting access to help. We can also assist with regular visits to someone who is living at home alone and needs anything from assistance with daily chores to medical care by a nurse.
With proper precautions, immunizations, and proper nutrition and medical care, we can make it through this pandemic together.
