Our Owners Dayle and Paul Feingold

Dayle Feingold learned first hand about the challenges, sadness and anxiety a family experiences when one of her loved ones suffered with Alzheimer's. Dayle's mother passed away after suffering with the disease for many years. Her experience helped her to develop the empathy to understand the needs of the whole family when a loved one needs home health care.

In addition, Dayle has over 19 years of experience as an executive recruiter and a placement manager. That experience coupled with her personal life experiences allows her to skillfully screen applicants who wist to be referred by Feingold Nursing Serviceas.

Paul Feingold PhD is a retired university president. He learned the "Home Health" business as a consultant to a group of investors interested in acquiring home health agencies. After, researching 80 agencies over a nine month period, he had developed the skills and knowledge to successfully manage his own healthcare business.

Our Mission Statement

Founded in 2002, as T&T Nursing Services the registry name was change to Feingold Nursing Services in 2010 to reflect the commitment of the owners to provide the best services by referring caring and qualified caregivers 24 hours a day, every day of the year. In 2017 to provide services to clients who prefer a Home Health Agency we added Feingold Home Heathcare a home health agency AHCA License #299994584. Both companies operate under the umbrella af Feingold Home Health Services

Our mission statement is straight forward and requires that all Feingold Home Health Services referred or assigned caregivers and staff are screened to ensure that they understand the mission and that they will conduct themselves in a manner that exemplifies its spirit. It states:

Our mission is to provide affordable quality home healthcare to our patients, to treat our patients and their families with dignity and respect, to conduct our business honestly and fairly, and to maintain the highest standards and traditions of the Health Care Industry.

• To have the medical services prescribed by their doctor performed in the comfort of their home by Feingold Nursing Services
• To live a more meaningful life by staying in the comfort of their home, with family, friends and pets
• To have peace of mind in knowing that Feingold Nursing Services referred caregivers are well trained and experienced
• To have a detailed medical and lifestyle record available for review by their medical team
• To be comfortable in the knowledge that all referred caregivers have been thoroughly screened, meet all Florida requirements, have passed an FBI Level 2 background check, and carry malpractice insurance
• To have a referred caregiver who will take them to appointments, social events, movies, and, probably most importantly, to meet with family and friends 

"Ten Commandments of Patient Care"

Feingold Nursing Services has developed the "Ten Commandments of Patient Care" that all referred caregivers and staff members are required to read. They are:

1. Our patients are essential to our success - they are our business
2. Our patients are dependent on us - our reputation is dependent upon them
3. Our patients honor us when they choose our services - we appreciate the privilege to service their needs
4. Our patients do not disturb our work - they are our work
5. Our patients are in need of comforting - we calm them and understand if they become "cranky" or argumentative
6. Our patients and their families deserve all the courtesy and attentive treatment we can give
7. Our patients bring their illnesses to us as caregivers - it is our duty to fulfill the faith they have in us
8. Our patients are not cold statistics - they and their families are human beings with feelings and emotions like us
9. Our patients are not the only ones needing our services - we need to also consider their loved ones and friends
10. Our patients have the right to expect that we will provide them with the best care possible in a caring and compassionate manner
